USS EVOLUTION JOURNEY AT A GLANCE

2017

Urban Sneaker Society was initially started by Sayed Muhammad and Jeffry Jouw. Hosted the event twice in the same year, bringing more than 15,000 visitors in each event. The year 2017 had become the foundation for shaping the sneaker culture in the country ever since.

2018

With support from its circles of communities, Urban Sneaker Society successfully curated a distinctive exhibition focused on the young generation’s interest in the Fashion and Sneaker scene by having Local Brands be part of this event, brought more than 22,000 visitors in 3 days.

2019

Urban Sneaker Society achieved remarkable success by capturing attention from notable International Artists include Sean Wotherspoon for Round Two, Edson Sabajo for Patta, Hirofumi Kojima for Atmos, Ryo Ishikawa for FR2, Mark Ong for Sabotage, in an impressive 47,000 visitors in three days.

2020

The pandemic didn’t stop them to introduce “Karuwaku World”, an online multiplayer event that reimagined shopping, raffles, games, talk shows, and interactions among the visitors in a virtual world. It was a pioneering initiative and successfully gardening 149,849 online visitors in three days.

2021

During the endemic era, Urban Sneaker Society hosted a four-day offline event at the Jakarta Convention Center. It marked the return of the offline shopping experience after two years of physical restrictions. in the post-pandemic era with 16,000+ visitors.

Urban Sneaker Society was officially no longer focusing only on sneakers and change its name to USS, which aims to lead the way in sharing all the latest trends by bringing various kinds of subcultures from sneakers, fashion, art, automotive and hobbies.
